The Gertrude Street Projection Festival is the Centre's much loved event and is Australia's longest running projection festival.
It has a reputation for discovering artists, uncovering places, exploring ideas and bringing together locals and visitors by night
to experience playful, thoughtful and inspiring new media work.
Sharing our love for the art world, The Cutaway and the Centre for Projection Art have formed a strong creative partnership - working together over the years to create a dynamic voice for the art form of projection art, it's artists and community events.
